Killer Plates

The Roll-Line Killer plates for roller derby skates are an unmatched option for those aiming to enhance their derby plates with a lightweight and supremely manoeuvrable setup. Crafted from a unique lightweight aluminium alloy, the base is complemented by steel trucks. The overall design incorporates a cross brace structure, ensuring outstanding structural rigidity while keeping the weight impressively low.

The trucks are angled differently to enhance several key points. The front axle's increased inclination allows skaters to initiate turns more smoothly and with reduced pressure. In contrast, the back axle's reduced inclination heightens stability and centring during turns.

The Killer plates feature Roll-Line's own exemplary cushions, delivering medium hardness straight from the factory.

With the click action adjustment system, achieving even tension on your plates is now more straightforward than ever. Tighten the nut until you hear a distinct click, then simply count the clicks until the trucks align perfectly as desired - just replicate this on the other plate for a uniform outcome. For easier backward steering, it is advisable to keep the rear kingpin nuts one click looser than the front truck.

The plates are equipped with the Ambra Super Professional toe stopper, constructed from natural rubber that does not leave marks on the floor. The natural rubber also provides exceptional grip for rapid directional changes or swift stops.

This model features 8mm axles and utilises a metric thread in the toe stop mounts.
