Description
From Drone comes their signature Max Peters titanium stunt scooters. This model is designed with oversized SCS compression in mind. Titanium bars offer a stiffness-to-weight ratio comparable to that of steel bars but with only half the molecular density. As a result, the titanium bars are nearly as light as aluminium while maintaining the strength of steel.
The primary advantage of titanium lies in its elongation and tensile strength capabilities. This ensures that titanium bars feel highly flexible compared to their steel or aluminium counterparts. Moreover, it contributes to the durability of the bars, as the titanium will return to its original shape rather than becoming bent.
Notice: Given the cost and mechanical properties of titanium bars, we suggest these chiefly for riders with a certain degree of expertise, ideally intermediate to professional as a minimum. This is due to the fact that they can break similarly to bars made from other materials if not used properly.
