"Great poles. I didn't think I really needed them, but they are very light, which is why I wanted them for uphill skinning. They are far superior to any other adjustable poles I have ever had. They are very easy to adjust and actually hold wherever you set the height, and the sharp ends and baskets that change their angle depending on how steep the hill is are great...and they cut through ice. Well worth the money if you plan to do a lot of skinning or hiking on steep terrain."
