The Steel Freestyle BMX Pegs by Fiction are crafted from robust Chromoly steel and are available in sets of either 2 or 4 pieces. They are designed for 14mm axles and come with spacers for a 10mm configuration (1x spacer per peg).

Should you opt for 2x or 4x pegs?

It's entirely dependent on your personal preference and style of riding.

Most park riders typically use 2x pegs - 1x on the front wheel and 1x on the rear wheel. This setup allows for various tricks, such as double peg stalls and grinds on one side (preferably the non-driver side). By using just 2x pegs, you can reduce weight and avoid the inconvenience of your foot striking the peg.

Conversely, most street riders prefer a complete 4x peg arrangement because they frequently perform grinding tricks. With 4x pegs, you can grind on both sides, unlocking a myriad of grind lines to discover. Additionally, choose 4x pegs if you're interested in experimenting with some flatland tricks.
