Sbound 112 Crown/Easy Skin Cross Country Skis

Sbound 112 are Fischer's broadest cross-country skis for venturing off track. The sidecut dimensions of these backcountry touring skis are 112/78/95. Opting for these skis means enjoying stability and control across all types of snow conditions. Their width ensures you remain atop deep snow more effectively than with standard, narrower cross-country skis. They also feature the Nordic Rocker Camber design, meaning the tips are slightly elevated to provide optimised gliding capabilities in deep snow.

This version is crafted with crowns—a pattern in the kick zone area—offering a good grip without the need to apply kick wax in this section. To further improve grip, you can add Easy Skins (available separately). Skins are among the most effective solutions for achieving grip when skiing off track.

The steel edges will provide control over icy hardpack snow surfaces.

Recommendation: Select a ski that is suited to the skier's weight plus a ski length approximately 5–15cm taller than the skier's height.
