Description
NOTE: Cannot be fitted on skis with pre-mounted NIS-plates.
This is the IFP-set (Integrated Fixation Plate) - This plate is designed for Turnamic cross country bindings (from Fischer and Rossignol) to facilitate the attachment of the bindings onto the skis.
The IFP-set acts as the link between skis and bindings, allowing you to conveniently adjust the binding slightly forward or backward.
The forward position enhances grip, whereas the backward position increases glide.
These Fischer cross country binding mounting plates include everything required for you to start skiing.
Concerning the mounting of the IFP plates, Fischer states that the drill pattern is "Screw mount plate SNS pattern." This indicates that you can use a Salomon SNS mounting jig to create the hole patterns for the IFP screws in the cross-country skis. Always exercise caution and ensure that the holes on the plates and in the jig align correctly.
