Guidelines for Custom Heat Mouldable Insoles

Heating activates the Gamechangers Elite’s unique arch technology, allowing the insole to expand and contort to your foot's shape.

1. Trim the toe area to fit your footwear. Ensure they slide in smoothly.
2. Subsequently, place the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. Do NOT use a microwave.
3. Once the arch is completely soft, they are ready. Stand on them wearing socks for 1-2 minutes. (Remain seated only for greater arch support). Afterwards, insert in shoes and walk.
4. Refrain from bending the Gamechangers at 90-degree angles when first removed from the oven - this can damage the foam.

The standard break-in duration for FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite is 1-3 days. Please allow your feet some time to adapt to the arch support.
