Impulse 104 Backcountry Skis

The Black Diamond Impulse 104 are crafted to be the perfect choice for advanced riders. The core of these skis consists of wood, fibreglass, and poplar. Poplar wood ensures the skis are simultaneously playful and stable.

Featuring a profile with rocker in both the tip and tail, they enable easier turns in heavy snow. The radius of this ski model can vary between 17 and 19 metres based on the length you select. Choosing skis with a medium radius between 15-18 metres provides good turn initiation and decent control at high speeds. Conversely, radius sizes exceeding 18 metres deliver long turns and excellent control at high speeds.
