Water Ski Bindings & Parts
Bindings for Slalom and Dual Water Skis
Water ski bindings are foot straps that secure you to your water skis. The boot portion of the binding is typically constructed from EVA or rubber, while the binding plates, drilled into the skis, are made from durable plastic. Often referred to as water ski boots, they are available in various styles that you should be aware of before making a purchase.
Two Styles of Water Ski Bindings
There are 2 styles of water ski bindings: double boot bindings and boot with rear toe bindings. For slalom skiing, double boot water ski bindings are crafted to secure both feet firmly with minimal movement. This design offers skiers enhanced stability and the potential for greater performance.
In contrast, boot with rear toe piece bindings feature a fixed front foot in a boot, whilst the rear foot slides into a toe strap, allowing the heel to move freely. The benefit of this binding style is the increased mobility it offers skiers, enabling adjustment of the rear foot for better balance. This is more suited for novices and an ideal option if numerous skiers alternate on the same ski.
Within this category, you will also discover various replacement parts for water ski bindings, such as binding plates; these typically fit only a specific binding. If you have any uncertainties, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service.
