Grizzly Griptape

Grizzly Griptape, a skateboarding brand, specialises in producing a variety of griptape, clothing, and skateboard hardware. Counted among the most renowned in the skateboarding industry, the brand offers a wide array of products, extending from Grizzly skateboard decks to t-shirts and skate wax. Yet, it remains most renowned for its griptape, with items like the Bear Grip tape known for their elegant designs and polished finish.

Established in 2002 by Torey Pudwill at the tender age of 12, the brand began with him experimenting with crafting his own griptape at home. From those modest origins, Grizzly has emerged as a significant presence in skateboarding, with its iconic bear logo adorning skateparks across the globe.

Throughout the years, Grizzly has also cultivated a successful skate team, showcasing prominent figures such as Mark Appleyard, Shane O’Neill, and Luan Oliveira.
