Inline skate wax works similarly to skateboard wax, and even a minimal application can result in a smooth, buttery grind. These waxes are vibrant, available in an array of shapes, and are crafted from a paraffin base.

Ways to Apply Wax to Aggressive Skates

Many skaters choose to wax only the surface they intend to grind on, such as rails and boxes in skate parks, or kerbs and other grindable objects. Some skaters opt to also wax the H block of their skates for even slicker slides and grinds. To achieve this, apply the wax gradually, and repeatedly test it until you achieve the desired feel. Remember, it’s courteous to inform nearby skaters when you apply wax to public surfaces.
